We love taking dogs out on walks, there is nothing like the fresh air and what makes it great is watching your best friend enjoy themselves!
It’s a great way to exercise and helps improve your mental stimulation. Like running, walking can release endorphins that help the nervous system to cope with pain or stress. There is some research to say that dogs can sense stress in their owners through their smell, clever boys, and girls!
Dogs are the ultimate companion on walks, their sense of smell goes into overdrive.
